Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service govern all access to and use of boardshoestsy.com and every purchase of womens shoes made through boardshoestsy.com. By browsing boardshoestsy.com, registering an account, or placing an order, you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not accept these terms, you must stop using boardshoestsy.com immediately and must not place any order. Ka Lee Limited operates boardshoestsy.com and acts as the seller of every item offered on boardshoestsy.com.
Eligibility and Account Responsibility

Ka Lee Limited reserves the right to correct pricing errors, to limit purchase quantities, and to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion. Product images are provided for identification purposes and do not constitute a warranty of exact appearance.
Pricing and Payment
All prices appear in the currency displayed at checkout. Full payment must be completed before any order is dispatched. Ka Lee Limited accepts major credit cards and PayPal. You warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.
Shipping
Ka Lee Limited dispatches orders to the delivery address provided by the customer. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier. Any delivery timeframe quoted at checkout is an estimate and does not form a guarantee.
14 Days No-Reason Refund Policy
Ka Lee Limited grants every customer a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. You may request a refund for any reason or for no reason at all within 14 days of receiving your order. The 14 days begin on the date the shipment is delivered to the address you provided. To exercise this right, you must contact [email protected] within 14 days of receipt and state your order number. Shoes must be returned unworn, in their original packaging, with all original tags attached. Refunds issued under this policy are made to the original payment method.
Refund Processing Time
Refund processing takes at least 14 days. The 14 days run from the date Ka Lee Limited receives and inspects the returned item. After approval, the arrival of the refund in the customer’s account takes at least 14 days. A customer must therefore expect the full period from return to receipt of funds to be at least 14 days and frequently longer. Ka Lee Limited does not issue cash refunds and does not issue refunds to a payment method different from the one used for the original purchase.
PayPal Refund Timeframes
PayPal refunds take at least 14 days to complete. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Customers who paid with PayPal must allow the full 30-day period in affected regions before contacting [email protected] regarding a missing refund. Ka Lee Limited submits every PayPal refund instruction within the processing period described above and cannot shorten any period imposed by PayPal or by applicable local law.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Any claim for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. The 7 days begin on the date the shipment is delivered. Claims submitted after 7 days from receipt cannot be accepted, and no replacement or refund will be issued for such a claim. A valid claim must include the order number, photographs of the damage or defect, and a description of the condition of the shoes as received. Ka Lee Limited will confirm the resolution method after reviewing every valid claim.
Return Conditions
Every returned item must be shipped in its original box with all included accessories. Ka Lee Limited may reduce a refund where the returned shoes show signs of wear, odour, or damage caused by the customer.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not use boardshoestsy.com to submit fraudulent orders, to resell products in violation of applicable law, to interfere with the operation of boardshoestsy.com, or to attempt to obtain refunds for items not returned. Ka Lee Limited may suspend or terminate any account engaged in such conduct.
Intellectual Property
All content on boardshoestsy.com, including text, images, and the design of boardshoestsy.com, is owned by Ka Lee Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from boardshoestsy.com without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Ka Lee Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of boardshoestsy.com or from the purchase of any product. The total liability of Ka Lee Limited for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to that claim.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising from these Terms of Service or from any purchase made through boardshoestsy.com is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
